Your responsibilities will include: - Generating and qualifying international leads through online research, calls, and emails. - Coordinating with Sales Managers to manage client interactions, meetings, and proposals. - Preparing sales quotations, product information, and follow-up communication. - Liaising with IT Heads, Procurement Managers, and Senior Decision Makers at client organizations. - Maintaining and updating CRM systems, lead databases, and sales trackers. - Supporting in preparing presentations, reports, and sales documentation. - Ensuring smooth coordination between customers, internal teams, and management. - Participating in online meetings, following up on pending quotations, and assisting in closing communication loops. To excel in this role, you should possess: - 2-5 years of experience in inside sales, backend sales, or sales coordination. - Excellent English communication and writing skills. - Professional IT/Computer industry experience or background related to computers. - Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational abilities. - Proficiency in maintaining records, CRM tools, and email communication. - Ability to interact confidently with senior executives. - Graduate in Business, IT, or related field; MBA preferred but not essential.
