As part of our strategic global expansion, we are actively looking for highly motivated, ambitious, proactive and forward-thinking individuals to join our dynamic Backend Sales and Marketing teams.

About Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic and well-organized Backend Sales Executive to support our international sales operations. This is a non-target, coordination-driven role focused on lead generation, client communication, proposal management, and sales follow-up. You’ll act as the bridge between customers and the Sales Manager, ensuring smooth communication, timely responses, and excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify international leads through online research, calls, and emails.
  • Coordinate with Sales Managers to manage client interactions, meetings, and proposals.
  • Prepare sales quotations, product information, and follow-up communication.
  • Liaise with IT Heads, Procurement Managers, and Senior Decision Makers at client organizations.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, lead databases, and sales trackers.
  • Support in preparing presentations, reports, and sales documentation.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between customers, internal teams, and management.
  • Participate in online meetings, follow up on pending quotations, and assist in closing communication loops.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–5-year experience in inside sales, backend sales, or sales coordination.
  • Excellent English communication and writing skills.
  • Candidate with professional IT / Computer industry experience or background related to computers.
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in maintaining records, CRM tools, and email communication.
  • Ability to interact confidently with senior executives.
  • Graduate in Business, IT, or related field; MBA preferred but not essential.
