Job Description

As the HR Recruiter at our company, your role will involve the following key tasks: - Handling the recruitment cycle which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. - Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc. - Drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures. - Conducting employee engagement activities and handling grievances effectively. - Supporting management in performance appraisals and facilitating training programs for employees. To be qualified for this role, you need to meet the following requirements: - Minimum qualification of Graduation (BBA/BA/B.Com or equivalent, MBA in HR preferred). - At least 2 years of relevant HR experience in a corporate setting with a strong focus on IT recruitment. - Solid knowledge of HR operations, recruitment processes, and compliance regulations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position. - Candidates from Navi Mumbai and surrounding areas are preferred for this role.
