Duties Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential candidates through social media management, job boards, and professional networks. Utilise applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or HRIS platforms to manage candidate data efficiently. Engage with prospective candidates via phone, email, and social media to build strong relationships and promote current vacancies. Assist in screening applications and conducting initial interviews to assess suitability for various roles. Support the recruitment team in maintaining accurate candidate records within Salesforce or other CRM tools. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies. Manage social media channels to enhance employer branding and attract passive candidates. Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to candidate sourcing and relationship management. Experience Proven experience in lead generation, social media management, or recruitment support is desirable. Familiarity with ATS systems such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft is advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders. Experience working within human resources or HRIS platforms like HRIS or Salesforce is preferred. Knowledge of relationship management techniques and tools used in talent acquisition. Prior exposure to HR software such as Taleo or PeopleSoft will be considered a plus. Ability to work independently whilst demonstrating excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
