HR Recruiter

Job Overview

Duties

• Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential candidates through social media management, job boards, and professional networks.
• Utilise applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or HRIS platforms to manage candidate data efficiently.
• Engage with prospective candidates via phone, email, and social media to build strong relationships and promote current vacancies.
• Assist in screening applications and conducting initial interviews to assess suitability for various roles.
• Support the recruitment team in maintaining accurate candidate records within Salesforce or other CRM tools.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
• Manage social media channels to enhance employer branding and attract passive candidates.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to candidate sourcing and relationship management.

Experience

• Proven experience in lead generation, social media management, or recruitment support is desirable.
• Familiarity with ATS systems such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Experience working within human resources or HRIS platforms like HRIS or Salesforce is preferred.
• Knowledge of relationship management techniques and tools used in talent acquisition.
• Prior exposure to HR software such as Taleo or PeopleSoft will be considered a plus.
