Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive with 2–5 years of experience to manage end-to-end HR operations. The role involves overseeing recruitment, onboarding, payroll, statutory compliance, and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of HR processes, and the ability to support organizational growth through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and payroll data.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct employee engagement activities, handle grievances, and promote a positive work culture.
  • Assist in performance appraisals, training, and development programs.
  • Support management in executing HR strategies aligned with business goals.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Graduate in BBA/BA/B.Com or equivalent; MBA in HR preferred.
  • Experience: 2–5 years in HR operations, with exposure to IT recruitment preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, payroll management, and labour law compliance.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidates located in or near Navi Mumbai, Thane are preferred.
