Job Description - HR Executive Location: Sector 62, Gurgaon Department: HR Shift Timings: 10 AM TO 7 PM IST Role: Permanent, Hybrid Experience: 1 -2 Years Role Summary: As a HR Associate you will manage core human resources activities such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and benefits administration by supporting the Managers and being a consistent team player. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: To Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions. o Source candidates using job portals, social media, and networking. o Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews (telephonic/video), and shortlist qualified candidates. o Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. o Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation. HR Operations & Administration: o Manage the new employee onboarding and induction process, ensuring a smooth transition. o Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases (both hard and soft copies). o Draft HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and HR circulars. o Assist with payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance and leave records. o Support the administration of employee benefits programs (health insurance, PF, etc.) and address employee queries related to policies. o Ensure compliance with labour laws and company HR policies and procedures. o Assist in coordinating employee engagement activities and managing workplace issues or grievances. Minimum Qualifications: - Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required; an MBA (HR) is preferred. - Experience : 1-2 years of proven experience in an HR role, with a focus on both recruitment and general HR operations. - Technical Skills: o Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. o Familiarity with HR software/HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is beneficial. - Soft Skills: o Excellent written and verbal English communication and interpersonal skills. o Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities. o Proactive problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. o High level of professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Preferred Skills: - Strong HR and payroll operations knowledge. - Experience in Employee Data Administration. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
