Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the Sales Account Manager in managing client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Provide clients with product and service information, ensuring they understand the benefits of our solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and sales proposals to prospective clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2 to 8 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of the networking or IT solutions industry is a plus.
