This is a non-customer-facing role, responsible for evaluating incoming online leads and efficiently assigning them to the appropriate Sales Executives based on product category, customer requirements, and team availability. The Pre-Qualifier acts as a critical link between marketing-generated leads and the online sales team, ensuring that customer inquiries are handled promptly, professionally, and with personalized attention. Key Responsibilities: Screen and evaluate online inquiries and leads received through the website, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other digital platforms. Understand customer interest, category (gold, diamond, pearls, silver), purchase intent, and assign leads to relevant sales executives accordingly. Use the internal CRM tool to log, track, and update all lead activities and status changes. Coordinate with the Online Sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and customer engagement. Escalate high-priority or high-value leads to senior team members as required. Monitor lead status to ensure follow-up is done within set timelines and no lead is missed. Generate daily and weekly reports on lead flow, conversion status, and team performance. Collaborate with marketing, digital, and sales teams to optimize lead assignment processes. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, commerce, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in a CRM, lead management, or sales coordination role—preferably in the jewellery, luxury retail, or e-commerce industry. Familiarity with CRM tools, lead dashboards, WhatsApp Business, and online customer service tools. Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to handle a high volume of leads. Basic understanding of jewellery categories and customer preferences. Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English and regional languages. Preferred Profile: Female candidates with experience in CRM, inside sales coordination, or online retail backend operations . Prior experience in the jewellery or luxury e-commerce segment will be a strong advantage. Tech-savvy, disciplined, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The CRM Audience Specialist is responsible for executing against audience selection and suppression criteria to provide audience segments for communications used to help drive key business decisions and communication efforts. The CRM Segmentation Specialist will also support all Holiday Inn Club Vacations lifecycle(s) including (acquisition, retention, reactivation) and initiatives executed through Telemarketing and Digital Media Channels such as Web, SMS, MMS, and RVM. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS: 1. Review of provided audience selection and suppression criteria to ensure completeness of information matches campaign, business unit and corporate standards for all audiences. Provide timely and detailed feedback for any areas that need review prior to or during audience build. 2. Develop deep understanding of selection and suppression criteria for each audience as well as data architecture of source data systems to allow for campaign execution. 3. Develop selection criteria utilizing SQL, Salesforce reports or Power BI to pull audiences. Perform self-QA on all audience selection/suppression and submit query results for validation prior to delivering audience files for execution. 4. Campaign setup, campaign member validation and phone setup in Salesforce Sales Cloud. Perform validation of all campaign setup to ensure that all elements are delivered against spec. 5. Detail-oriented and highly organized, excels at creating clear, comprehensive, and user-friendly documentation. With a strong ability to translate complex processes into accessible content, they ensure that information is accurate, consistent, and easy to follow. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong ability to learn data architecture and audience criteria quickly to write effective campaign selection and suppression criteria. Strong background writing SQL queries and developing reports in Salesforce report builder Experience in reviewing audience specs and turning requirements into executable queries, following QA protocol and ensuring audience criteria is followed, executed and delivered. Understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud campaign setup to support campaign setup and QA. Self-starter with strong organizational skills and strong attention to detail and work ethic. Proficient in prioritizing and organizing assignments. Possess well-developed judgment, interpersonal and communication skills. Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals. Must have the ability to thrive in a fast paced ever changing work environment as well as a collaborative team atmosphere.
