Should have sound knowledge on Design of Plumbing and Fire Protection system / Fire Fighting as per NBC and Indian relevant Codes. Preparation of Internal, External Sanitary System, WTP & STP System. To Preparing Preliminary, Concept, Schematic, Detailed Design, Tender layouts. Design plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, stormwater, sanitary, fire suppression (if applicable), and gas piping systems for new and existing buildings. Prepare plumbing layout drawings, schematics, and detailed specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools. Experience in high rise residential building, commercial & industrial properties. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in plumbing system design, preferably in the real estate or construction industry. Proficient in design software like AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and hydraulic calculation tools. Strong knowledge of plumbing codes such as IPC, UPC, NBC (India), or relevant local codes. Familiarity with green building practices and LEED compliance is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
We are seeking an experienced Head of Construction to lead and oversee the execution of high-rise residential projects . The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management, ensuring quality, safety, cost control, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning & Execution: Oversee construction activities for high-rise residential Develop project schedules, budgets, and execution strategies. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and vendors to ensure seamless execution. Implement value engineering to optimize cost and efficiency. Planning optimum utilization of manpower and materials and successful implementation 2. Site & Team Management: Lead a team of project managers, engineers, and site supervisors. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance. Monitor contractor performance, material procurement, and work progress. Receive, scrutinize and certified Contractor Bills. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues. 3. Mivan Technology Implementation: Ensure effective Mivan shuttering and formwork utilization. Optimize aluminum formwork cycle time to improve project speed and efficiency. Train and guide teams on best practices for Mivan technology. 4. Cost Control & Budgeting: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and prevent cost overruns. Review BOQs, tender documents, and contract negotiations with vendors. Ensure timely payments and resource allocation. 5. Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise and coordinate with respective stakeholders for progress updates. Coordinate with the Purchase department regarding resources for the smooth progress of work at site. Coordinate with the Architects and Consultants for the drawings required for the smooth progress of work as per the schedule. Maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, and consultants. Prepare progress reports and present project updates to senior management. 6. Quality & Safety Compliance: Enforce ISO standards, QA/QC protocols, and safety measures on-site. Conduct safety drills and ensure compliance with local building regulations. Key Skills & Qualifications: B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Masters degree preferred). 20+ years of experience in high-rise residential construction. Strong expertise in Mivan formwork technology and modern construction techniques. Knowledge of construction laws, contracts, and regulatory approvals . Excellent leadership, project management and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and ERP systems .
