The Customer Loyalty professional is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving repeat business and referrals. This role ensures a seamless post-sale experience and implements loyalty programs to strengthen long-term client engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage customer loyalty programs and initiatives to enhance retention and engagement. Serve as the primary point of contact for post-sale customer interactions, ensuring satisfaction and prompt resolution of queries. Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve services and project delivery. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and project teams to ensure seamless communication with existing customers. Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and referrals from existing clients. Organize customer events, appreciation programs, and engagement campaigns. Maintain a comprehensive CRM database of customer interactions, feedback, and preferences. Prepare reports on customer satisfaction, loyalty program effectiveness, and engagement metrics. Develop strategies to enhance customer experience across all touchpoints. Stay updated on market trends and competitor loyalty initiatives to recommend improvements. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field. 2–6 years of experience in customer relationship management, loyalty programs, or sales support, preferably in real estate. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting software. Analytical mindset to assess customer data and improve loyalty strategies. Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer grievances professionally.
