Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand the customer base.
Lead, train, and manage the performance of the real estate sales team.
Monitor sales KPIs and provide regular performance updates to senior management.
Coordinate with marketing to generate leads and promotional campaigns.
Oversee client relationship management from lead generation to post-sale follow-up.
Conduct regular market research to stay updated with real estate trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and company policies.
Attend networking events, property expos, and industry meetings to represent the company.
Manage CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and conversion rates.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in real estate sales,
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of local property market trends and regulations.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Real estate license or certification (as required by local laws) is a plus.
