Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with proven expertise in revenue

generation and quota-based sales. The Sales Manager will lead a high-performing sales team,

drive customer acquisition, and ensure consistent achievement of revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Growth: Own revenue targets and consistently achieve/exceed monthly,

quarterly, and annual sales quotas.

Client Acquisition: Drive new business by identifying prospects, pitching IndiaFilings

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with organizational

goals.

Pipeline Management: Track, forecast, and optimize sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and metrics for individual and team

performance.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure

seamless customer experience.

Market Insights: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer

needs to enhance sales effectiveness.
