Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Media Planning & Buying:

  • Develop and execute offline media plans including print, outdoor (OOH), radio, cinema, and transit media.
  • Identify and evaluate the most effective media channels for various real estate projects based on target demographics and location.
  • Negotiate rates, placements, and schedules with media vendors and agencies.
  • Track and report on media performance metrics (reach, frequency, GRPs, etc.).

BTL & On-Ground Activation:

  • Plan and execute BTL activities such as property exhibitions, kiosk activations, society inserts, roadshows, dealer meets, and other experiential marketing tactics.
  • Coordinate on-site activations to ensure brand compliance and smooth execution.
  • Develop localized marketing strategies to drive footfalls to project sites or experience centers.
  • Ensure timely production and distribution of offline marketing materials (brochures, flyers, banners, hoardings, standees, etc.).

Vendor & Budget Management:

  • Liaise with printing houses, fabrication vendors, event companies, and media partners to ensure high-quality output within budget and deadlines.
  • Monitor campaign budgets and ensure maximum ROI from offline spends.
  • Maintain accurate records of vendor contracts, payments, and campaign documentation.

Coordination & Reporting:

  • Work closely with sales, digital marketing, and branding teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
  • Provide detailed reports and presentations on campaign performance, learnings, and optimizations.
  • Stay updated with competitor offline marketing activities and real estate marketing trends.

Key Requirements:

  • Education:

    Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    3–6 years of experience in offline media planning and BTL activation, preferably in the real estate sector or agency servicing real estate clients.
  • Strong understanding of traditional media metrics and BTL strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of local and regional offline media landscape.
  • Willingness to travel for site visits, events, and activations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with real estate brands or property launches.
  • Vendor network for quick activation in key markets.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and understanding of consumer behavior in real estate buying.
