pathetic place to occupy as a tenant or an owner, RWA is absolutely dumb, full of ego, cause trouble to the tenants without any reason or basis, flats have poor sunlight n ventilation no matter on which floor you stay

Does not like the design of flat specially If bedroom ballocony is easily visible for every one. less open space and play area. Cross ventilation is been not taken care.

Very bad society... Tenants problems are not at all heard and secrataries have made their own set of rules ...and they are very rude and harsh to newly wed couples...
