Job Description

The Guest Relation Executive will be responsible for providing a professional, warm, and engaging customer experience to walk-in clients, channel partners, and visitors. The role focuses on ensuring excellent first impressions, assisting the sales/CRM team, and maintaining smooth front-office and guest management operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet, welcome, and assist visitors, walk-in customers, and channel partners in a professional manner.
Coordinate and schedule client meetings, site visits, and property tours.
Maintain a visitor logbook and update customer details in CRM systems.
Ensure the reception and customer lounge areas are neat, presentable, and aligned with brand standards.
Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and direct them to the concerned departments.
Support the sales team with documentation, customer communication, and follow-ups when required.
Provide information about ongoing projects, amenities, and company profile to prospective customers.
Coordinate with admin/housekeeping teams for smooth guest experience.
Assist during events, walk-in drives, and customer engagement activities at project sites.
Collect customer feedback and escalate concerns to the respective teams.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasing personality with customer-oriented approach.
Strong organizational and coordination ability.
Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Proficiency in English and local languages (added advantage).

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate in Hospitality Management / Business Administration / Any Discipline.
1-3 years of experience in guest relations, front office, hospitality, or real estate customer service.
