Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Guest Relation Executive to ensure an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure. The role requires strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to handle guest needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out.
Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Assist VIP guests and provide personalized service.
Record guest feedback and manage service recovery when required.
Maintain updated knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
Update guest information and service requests in PMS (Opera, IDS, Fidelio).
Promote hotel services, packages, and special offers.
