As an integral part of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the mission-critical network infrastructure of our esteemed clients. In this role, your primary responsibilities will include providing expert support on Cisco ACI infrastructure configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization. You will be tasked with installing, configuring, and maintaining Cisco routers, switches, and Nexus 9K hardware. It will be your responsibility to proactively monitor and maintain ACI environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Additionally, you will troubleshoot complex connectivity issues across firewalls, load balancers, and proxies, ensuring smooth network operations by maintaining firmware, replacing faulty hardware, and promptly reporting network health and incidents to key stakeholders. The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong hands-on experience with Cisco ACI, along with deep expertise in Routing & Switching protocols such as BGP, OSPF, Static Routing, VPC, FHRP, STP/RSTP/MSTP, NAT, and LACP. A solid understanding of WAN protocols including MPLS, IPSEC, GRE, VPN, and DMVPN is essential. Experience with Cisco Nexus 9K series setup and configuration is highly desirable. Moreover, excellent communication, coordination, and troubleshooting skills are crucial for success in this role, as you will be expected to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Familiarity with Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela) and GETVPN, as well as the ability to comprehend hybrid enterprise architectures and end-to-end network flows, are considered advantageous. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5+ years of enterprise-level networking experience and should be willing to work onsite in Bhubaneswar.
