Roles and Responsibilities Manage breakdown maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize plant performance. Oversee mechanical maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and industry best practices. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective execution of projects related to machine installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment failures and extend lifespan. Ensure timely completion of tasks by monitoring progress against deadlines. Desired Candidate Profile 10-16 years of experience in facility management services or a related field. Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification. Proven expertise in AFM Technical, Breakdown Maintenance, Machine Maintenance, Plant Maintenance, and Mechanical Maintenance. Interested candidate can connect with me at siddhant.kanojia@sodexo.com
