Job Description

Sodexo is looking for a Manager Civil. Identify and carry out fabric and joinery repairs across the site and quantification of the same. Carry out regular visual inspections of the fabric infrastructure and recommend any necessary works. Supervise contracted work to ensure that the work is done to meet specifications, cost, quality and safety. Coordinate with clients for acceptance of necessity. Define specifications, obtain quotes, prepare comparative matrix for civil engineering work. Responsible for self and others to maintain a safe working environment as per the requirements of Sodexo and HUL. Ensure all tasks are risk assessed through site-specific or dynamic assessments Offer support to other Functions. Completion of documentation as required, including purchase requisitions and delivery notes. Ensure areas and plant rooms under Sodexo control are kept clean, tidy and any issues reported. Complete and submit PPM and Reactive task paperwork accurately and timely. Take part in on on-call rota as required. Undertake Health and Safety, Technical, Toolbox Talk, and other training as required. Have a proactive approach to task completion and team effort. If interested, please share your updated CV.
