Create, update, and maintain training materials such as manuals, guides, visual aids, and checklists to support effective learning 4. Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, staff progress, and training evaluations. 5. Stay informed about the latest industry trends, best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies in housekeeping and sanitation to adapt training methods. 6. Strong interpersonal skills to mentor and guide staff, fostering professional development and collaboration
