Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Identifying and resolving issues with building systems, performing routine maintenance tasks, and coordinating with facility management for repairs. System Optimization: Adjusting BMS settings to optimize performance based on factors like load, environment, and customer needs. Communication: Communicating maintenance and repair actions to relevant personnel and management. Specific Tasks: Operating and maintaining the BMS/DCIM: This includes monitoring HVAC, lighting, fire suppression, generator, plumbing, and electrical systems.
