Job Description

Position Title: Sr Manager SME Location: Noida Job Purpose: Responsible for supporting FM operations by deploying standardized process, training, audit and corrective action support. Support the Business development team in optimizing the resources to enable them to be competitive in the market. Support the FM platform team in launching/deploying new initiatives in FM business. Support all the segment (Corporate services, Education & E&R) for operations support in cleaning services. Key Responsibilities: Train the operation managers, site soft services team in using the right processes to improve efficiency of service delivery. Ensure the deployment happens as per timeline agreed for the year with Operations (Segments) Ensure optimization support & Business growth through Lean IFM & Central team. Implement, train and follow the cleaning process and other soft services processes as per the protocol laid down by SSF (Soft Services Frame work). Overall Responsible for deployment of processes across all segments in India. Adopt the global processes to local condition in consultation with operation managers and other stake holders by Traveling all over in India. Successfully deploy the new global initiatives/processes across all segments. To be port of GCEN (Global cleaning expert network) attending scheduled calls & Sharing best practices. Support operations business through Central team & Lean IFM projects. Support the segment operations, Business development and mobilization team in winning contracts, run it in efficient and safe manner which will deliver results as per goals set.
