Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Executive - Facility to join our team at Cushman Wakefield India Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the daily operations of facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
Develop and implement facility management strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and optimize resource allocation.
Analyze data and metrics to measure performance and inform decision-making.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in facility management or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of facility management principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong leadership and project management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
