Job Description: Showroom Manager
Company: Choudhary Agency Brand: Jawa & Yezdi Motorcycles Location: Court Road, Deoghar Position: Showroom Manager Reports To: Owner / Director Role Overview The Showroom Manager at Choudhary Agency (Jawa Yezdi) will lead daily showroom operations, ensure smooth customer experience, drive sales performance, manage staff, and maintain brand standards. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and an ability to achieve monthly sales targets while upholding premium showroom standards. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Revenue Management - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Jawa & Yezdi motorcycles. - Plan and implement strategies to increase footfall and conversion rate. - Promote accessories, merchandise, finance & insurance products. - Monitor competitor activity and market trends in the two-wheeler segment. 2. Customer Experience & Relationship Management - Ensure every customer receives a premium JawaYezdi brand experience. - Supervise test rides, vehicle delivery process, and documentation accuracy. - Handle customer concerns and resolve escalations promptly. - Maintain relationships with repeat buyers and high-value customers. 3. Showroom Operations - Maintain showroom cleanliness, display arrangement, and brand compliance. - Coordinate with OEM regarding stock, schemes, offers, and events. - Track vehicle inventory, accessories, and spare parts availability. - Ensure timely billing, registration, insurance, and delivery processes. 4. Team Management - Manage and supervise sales executives, front desk staff, and support staff. - Conduct training for product knowledge, customer handling, and sales skills. - Allocate daily responsibilities and monitor performance. - Motivate the team to meet monthly targets. 5. Reporting & Administration - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports. - Ensure proper handling of cash, invoices, and financial paperwork. - Monitor showroom expenses and maintain operational efficiency. - Communicate with management regarding performance and challenges. Skills & Qualifications - Graduation preferred (any discipline). - 37 years of automobile showroom experience (two-wheeler preferred). - Strong leadership and team-handling skills. - Excellent communication and customer service abilities. - Knowledge of DMS/CRM systems. Personal Attributes - Smart, confident, customer-focused. - Result-driven and organised. - Strong decision-making and follow-up skills.
