Showroom Manager

As a Showroom Manager at Reliance Jewels, your role will involve overseeing the operations and performance of the showroom in locations including Bargarh, Balangir, Kendujhar, Sambhalpur, Jajpur in Odisha, and Arrah in Bihar. With a minimum of 5-12 years of experience in the jewellery industry, you will play a crucial role in driving retail KPIs to achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets. Key Responsibilities: - Plan retail KPIs to achieve AOP targets - Supervise the accomplishment of GSS number and value targets, leading the store team - Monitor overall store operations, including sales, staffing, training, inventory management, store maintenance, and cost control - Focus on customer management to enhance the customer experience, satisfaction, and loyalty - Implement SOPs for Visual Merchandising (VM) and Marketing at the stores - Effectively lead and manage the team to ensure alignment with business objectives and high performance - Resolve conflicts in a constructive manner and foster a culture of trust, integrity, and respect in the stores - Provide growth opportunities for store employees through various step-up programs - Develop employees" functional capabilities through appropriate training interventions - Drive sales through omni-channel approach and adhere to Turnaround Time (TAT) for customer complaints - Ensure availability of manpower for planned training programs Key Performance Indicators: - Percentage of Like-for-Like (LFL) Growth - Percentage of Walk-in Target achievement - Percentage increase in Basket Size Expansion Ratio (BER) - Improve Diamond and Silver share in the store - Conversion rate percentage - Increase Average Basket Value (ABV) - Mystery audit score improvement Functional Competencies: - Showroom Operations Effectiveness - Customer Orientation - Planning and Organizing Behavioral Competencies: - Nurturing - Result Orientation - Growth Mindset - Communication and Rapport Building,
