Showroom Manager

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Showroom Manager to oversee the daily operations of our showroom. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities,sales expertise, and customer service skills to ensure a seamless client experience while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end showroom operations, including stock and product management, customer engagement, and overall sales performance.
• Drive cross-selling and up-selling initiatives to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Generate leads, manage customer inquiries, and train showroom staff to deliver exceptional service and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain showroom standards by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising in alignment with company guidelines.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
• Assess customer requirements and provide tailored product recommendations, including customization options where applicable.
• Track and manage sales performance through CRM systems and Toillion project management tool.
• Address and resolve escalated customer concerns promptly and effectively.
• Monitor and manage inventory and materials to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at achieving or exceeding monthly and annual targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Graduate in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Retail/Showroom Management.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer handling skills.
• Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools (preferred).

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹25,000 + Incentives & Additional Benefits
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
