With years of expertise and a trusted name in the industry, we are looking to hire an experienced Interior Estimator to support our ongoing and upcoming projects Job Responsibilities: Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior design and fit-out projects, including materials, labor, and services. Analyze project drawings, BOQs, and specifications to prepare competitive quotations. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and negotiate best rates. Work closely with designers, project managers, and clients to ensure cost efficiency. Monitor project costs and provide value engineering suggestions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market rates, materials, and construction practices. Requirements: Proven experience as an Estimator in the interior design/fit-out industry. Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniques. Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, or estimation software. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
