Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Showroom Manager located in Bengaluru. The Showroom Manager will oversee daily operations and ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction, customer service, and exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include managing showroom activities, supervising sales teams, driving sales performance, and ensuring the showroom consistently provides outstanding service to customers. The role also involves fostering a positive and engaging environment for both customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and delivering an excellent Customer Experience
• Experience in Sales and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Expertise in showroom operations and team management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively
• Prior experience in the automotive or EV industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
