We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to oversee the financial, operations of our plywood manufacturing business. The candidate will be responsible for managing, accounting, taxation, costing, compliance, and financial planning to ensure the financial health and legal compliance of the company. Maintain daily financial transactions including purchases, sales, and expenses. Prepare and finalize accounts such as the balance sheet, profit & loss statement, and trial balance. File monthly and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, 9). Manage TDS deductions, deposits, and return filing. Ensure timely compliance with Income Tax and other regulatory filings. Prepare cost sheets for raw materials (wood, glue, veneer, etc.). Monitor production cost and analyze cost variances. Support pricing decisions based on cost analysis. Prepare monthly/annual budgets and monitor variances. Forecast cash flow and manage fund requirements. Conduct internal audits for inventory, expenses, and process compliance. Coordinate with external/statutory auditors. Ensure compliance with ROC, GST, and Income Tax regulations. Generate MIS reports like daily sales, stock status, and financial summaries. Provide financial insights to management for decision-making. Handle bank-related documentation for OD/CC limits. Prepare CMA data and project reports for loan proposals. Work with accounting software like Tally, SAP, Busy, or Zoho. Maintain digital records and reports. Qualifications & Requirements: - Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI. - B.Com or M.Com is mandatory. - 1-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setup preferred. - Knowledge of Tally, Excel, and accounting software like SAP or Busy. - Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and cost accounting. - Good communication and reporting skills. - Ability to work independently and handle deadlines.
