Full job description Drive overall boutique and regional jewellery sales to achieve monthly and annual targets. Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to ensure high performance and service standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and VIP customers. Plan and execute sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and client engagement activities. Monitor daily sales operations, team productivity, and customer satisfaction levels. Ensure excellent visual merchandising and adherence to brand presentation guidelines. Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention measures. Provide training and coaching to sales staff on product knowledge and selling techniques. Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify business opportunities. Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and operations teams for seamless execution. Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution. Maintain high standards of store hygiene, grooming, and compliance with company policies. Represent the brand professionally in all events, exhibitions, and client interactions. Prepare periodic performance reports and present business insights to management.
