Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage daily operations of food and beverage outlets, ensuring high-quality service standards. Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maintain profitability. Develop menus, pricing strategies, and promotions to drive sales growth. Supervise staff performance, provide training, and resolve customer complaints efficiently. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, HACCP guidelines, and company policies. Desired Candidate Profile 8-13 years of experience in hospitality industry with expertise in F&B operations. Strong knowledge of hotel management principles and practices (IHM/BHM degree preferred). Proven track record of managing multiple outlets simultaneously while maintaining quality control. Excellent communication skills for effective team leadership and customer interaction.
