Food & Beverage Manager Location: Gulbarga, Karnataka Job Summary: The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the resort’s dining outlets, banquet services, room service, and bar. The role requires ensuring high standards of food quality, service excellence, cost control, and guest satisfaction, aligned with the brand values. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets including restaurant, bar, banquet, and in-room dining. Supervise and train F&B staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service. Coordinate with chefs and kitchen teams to ensure timely and well-presented service. Monitor inventory, manage procurement, and ensure efficient stock control of food and beverages. Maintain hygiene and safety standards in compliance with local health regulations. Create and implement seasonal menus, promotions, and events in collaboration with the culinary team. Ensure cost control and budgeting, minimizing wastage and maximizing profitability. Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints, and constantly improve the guest dining experience. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for banquet bookings, events, and food festivals. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, customer feedback, and operational performance. Qualifications and Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or F&B Service.
