Key Responsibilities : Recruitment & Hiring : Manage end-to-end recruitment for cinema staff, mall associates, food court workers, and other related roles. Talent Sourcing : Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and other creative methods to source high-quality candidates. Interviewing & Screening : Conduct interviews, assess candidates’ skills, and match them to the appropriate roles. Onboarding : Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, ensuring they understand their roles, expectations, and company culture. Collaboration with Managers : Work closely with hiring managers at cinemas, malls, and food courts to understand their staffing needs and provide timely hiring solutions. Talent Pool Development : Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for both current and future hiring needs. Reporting : Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Qualifications : Experience : Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally in retail, entertainment, or foodservice industries. Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with hiring for cinemas, malls, and food courts is a strong plus. Recruitment Skills : Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing, interviewing, and talent management.
