Job Description

Social Media Performance Marketing Specialists


Key Responsibities:

  • Plan, implement, and manage Meta and Google ad campaigns for multiple outlets across India.
  • Design outlet-specific and brand-level campaigns aligned with business goals (traffic, reservations, event promotions, new launches).
  • Optimize ad performance through A/B testing, audience targeting, budget allocation, and creative analysis.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce compelling ad creatives.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics and generate actionable insights and reports.
  • Coordinate closely with the central marketing team and individual outlet teams for local targeting and seasonal campaigns.
  • Stay updated on Meta platform changes, trends, and algorithm updates to keep campaigns relevant and efficient.


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience running Facebook & Instagram Ads (Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager).
  • Proven track record of managing multi-location campaigns and scaling paid media budgets.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting, pixel tracking, and funnel optimization.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analyzing ad metrics and KPIs.
  • Experience working with hospitality, food & beverage, or multi-outlet brands is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
