Job Description

Job Purpose:

To lead and manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process for the organization, ensuring timely hiring of the right talent across functions such as Projects, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Corporate roles. The role focuses on building a strong employer brand, improving recruitment efficiency, and creating a strong internal talent pipeline for the company's growth.

Role & responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition Strategy

  • Develop and execute the overall recruitment strategy aligned with business and project requirements.
  • Forecast manpower needs in collaboration with department heads and business units.
  • Drive lateral, campus, and leadership hiring initiatives across the organization.

2. Recruitment Operations

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of candidates for critical and recurring positions (e.g., Site Engineers, Project Managers, Sales Executives, Architects, etc.).
  • Ensure all open positions are closed within agreed timelines and with quality hires.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and cost per hire.

3. Employer Branding

  • Promote the organization as an Employer of Choice” through digital platforms, job fairs, and employee referral programs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful recruitment campaigns highlighting the company’s culture and values.

4. Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Partner with business heads and project leaders to understand hiring priorities and manpower plans.
  • Manage external recruitment partners, job portals, and consultants to ensure quality candidate inflow.
  • Negotiate recruitment agency agreements and monitor vendor performance.

5. Recruitment Systems & Processes

  • Leverage ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HRMS for efficient recruitment tracking and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, data accuracy, and documentation standards.
  • Continuously optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.

6. Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, guide, and mentor the recruitment team across various verticals and regions.
  • Build capabilities within the team for niche hiring, employer branding, and analytics-driven recruitment.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment in the

    real estate and construction domain

    (site roles, corporate roles, and sales).
  • Excellent sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS tools, and recruitment analytics.
  • High sense of ownership, target orientation, and adaptability.

Qualifications:

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
  • 12 - 18 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3–5 years in a lead or managerial capacity.
  • Experience in

    real estate, infrastructure, or construction industry

    is a must.
