Role & Responsibilities: We are looking for an experienced HR Executive / Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end hiring and basic HR operations for our growing organization. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles (Designers, Engineers, Developers, Sales, Support, etc.) Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other job portals Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers Handle offer letters, negotiation, and joining formalities Manage employee onboarding and documentation Maintain employee records and HR databases Assist in HR policies, attendance, and basic HR operations Ensure smooth communication between management and candidates/employees Preferred Candidate Profile 25 years of experience in recruitment or HR role Strong understanding of hiring processes and interview cycles Experience hiring for IT / Engineering / Design roles is a plus Hands-on experience with Naukri & LinkedIn hiring Good communication and coordination skills Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-growing company environment
