To know more about our company, please visit www.groupdcc.com Key Responsibilities Recruitment (70%) Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for junior to senior-level positions. Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Handle joining formalities and onboarding documentation. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and prepare MIS reports. HR Operations & MIS (30%) Maintain and update organization structure and reporting hierarchies. Create, update, and manage job description (JD) inventory across departments. Support employer branding initiatives (career page content, social media posts, job fairs, campus hiring). Prepare HR MIS reports using Excel. Desired Candidate Profile Graduate in B.Com / BMS / BBA ; MBA / PGDM in HR preferred. 3 - 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in manufacturing or trading industries. Hands-on experience with job portals, social media hiring, exhibitions, and job fairs. Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office for MIS reporting. Strong networking, communication, and interpersonal skills. Organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
