Regularly communicate with the team to gather feedback, assess performance, and identify areas for improvement. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on lead status, conversion rates, and other admission-related metrics. Analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for optimization. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Sales, Marketing, Education, etc.). Proven experience in education sales and admission management.
