Role & responsibilities Accountable for hiring for all the business units of BNB GROUPE. Understand manpower requirements and closely coordinate with HR Managers for effective recruitment. Source candidates through various job portals such as Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Screen and shortlist resumes based on role requirements. Conduct and coordinate telephonic and in-person interviews with candidates. Perform reference checks and background verification as required. Schedule and coordinate interviews with DRC team (HRBPs / Hiring Managers) Maintain proactive follow-up on interview status and selection decisions. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders, and external consultants to meet hiring targets. Communicate employer branding, culture, and benefits effectively to candidates. Coordinate with recruitment consultants/agencies when required for position closure. Maintain the details of the work in trackers in Excel Preferred candidate profile Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience. Any graduate with relevant experience can apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Linguistic: English and Hindi. Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously. Knowledge of sourcing across different levels and domains preferred
