About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our Recruitment team. This role involves screening, assessing, and qualifying candidates for various job requirements. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Source and qualify candidates for job requirements.
Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate skills, communication, and job fit.
Understand client job descriptions and align suitable profiles.
Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS.
Coordinate with recruiters for interview scheduling and follow-ups.
Ensure high-quality candidate experience throughout the qualification process.
Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, submissions, and qualified profiles.

Eligibility Criteria

You are a good fit if you are:

A fresher with excellent English communication skills,
Someone with 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitement,
