Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for Non-IT roles, primarily
Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Success, HR Manager,etc
Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers and translate them into effective recruitment strategies
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other channels
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidate fit
Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders
Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and follow-ups until joining
Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Sales & Marketing candidates
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Support onboarding and documentation formalities

Required Skills & Competencies

Proven experience in
Non-IT recruitment
Strong exposure to
Sales & Marketing hiring
Good understanding of sales roles such as BDM, Sales Executive, Key Account Manager, Marketing Executive, Digital Marketer, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work on
multiple positions simultaneously
Target-oriented and deadline-driven approach
Proficiency in job portals, ATS, and LinkedIn sourcing
