Recruiting Intern

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter Intern to join our HR team. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to supporting interviews and onboarding. Responsibilities Assist in writing and posting job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms Source and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers Conduct initial phone screenings and maintain candidate databases Support onboarding and documentation processes Participate in employer branding activities and recruitment marketing Assist with career fairs and campus recruitment initiatives Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Strong interest in talent acquisition and HR Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism What You'll Gain: Practical experience in the end-to-end recruitment process Exposure to HR technologies and tools Opportunity to work closely with experienced HR professionals Networking opportunities and career development guidance Show more Show less
