Job Description

Role & responsibilities Own end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments Partner with hiring managers to define job needs and profiles Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and networks Conduct interviews, screenings, and coordinate interview panels Manage ATS and ensure accurate candidate tracking Provide regular hiring updates and reports Negotiate offers and close candidates effectively Maintain strong talent pipelines for key roles Ensure hiring compliance with labor laws and internal policies Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
