Primary Requirement is cost estimation .
Estimation of initial & final Bill of Quantities including materials, labours, MEP and finishing items as per the GFC drawings.
Preparing budget/BOQ for the whole project .
Tracking the BOQ as per Actuals
Coordinating with procurement team for the Material rates.
Calculating the escalations in terms of Price and other factors
Monitoring and updating the project budget as per the site conditions.
Preparing Rate Analysis for different activities of the project ,
Preparation of RFQ and floating tenders.
Preparation of Comparative statement for the quotes collect and finalizing contracts
Understand the conditions of contract, Indian Contract act
Billing checking both PRW and Subcontractors.
Billing for Contractors& preparing Reconciliation statement& Payment Certificates.
Negotiating with contractors representatives and other consultants
Regular site visit and monitoring the progress to get first hand information to validate bills.
Interaction with architects/consultants regarding clarification on details/drawings.
Setting the method of calculation in line with IS code, analyzing the labour productivity
Providing junior staff with guidance on their job responsibilities.
Identifying change and implement change control process and agreement
contractor arrangement and labour arrangement to the site at different locations.
BE/BTech Civil with minimum 5-8 yrs of experience in QS & Costing
Experience in managing High rise residential Projects.
Ability to successful multi-task, flexible, detail oriented
Good working knowledge of ,Autocade and MS Excel, MS Office is Mandatory.
