Role & responsibilities : Having strong understanding of BOQs, HVAC related equipment's like chiller, AHUs, pump, CT, valves, ducting & electrical etc. Technical Submittals, Calculation of Material to be installed, Tracker sheet, Daily/Monthly/yearly progress reports, Site Handover documentation, scheduling, vendor bill verification, on site verification if required. Any tender or site related document submission. Preferred candidate profile : HVAC Project Planning, Project Engineer, Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Draftsman - Project Engineer.

Manages the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects, ensuring they stay within budget and meet quality standards. They are involved from the initial design phase through to completion, managing costs, contracts, and procurement.
