Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy & Positioning

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's vision, market positioning, and business goals.
    • Define and communicate the brand identity, voice, and values across all internal and external touchpoints.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify brand opportunities and trends in the real estate industry.
  • Marketing Campaigns

    • Oversee the development and rollout of brand campaigns across traditional, digital, and social media channels.
    • Ensure consistent brand messaging across marketing materials, signage, websites, social media, and real estate listings.
  • Project & Property Branding

    • Lead branding initiatives for new real estate projects, including naming, visual identity, and marketing collateral.
    • Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure branded experiences across properties and customer touchpoints.
  • Content & Creative Direction

    • Supervise the creation of marketing content, videos, brochures, and other promotional materials.
    • Work with creative teams or agencies to maintain a high standard of visual and verbal brand representation.
  • Stakeholder Management

    • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, property management, development) to ensure brand alignment.
    • Manage external vendors, agencies, and consultants for brand-related projects.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting

    • Monitor brand performance through KPIs such as brand awareness, engagement, perception, and ROI of campaigns.
    • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management with recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 4–6+ years of brand management experience, ideally within the real estate, hospitality, or property development sector.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and customer behavior.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, branding tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Experience working with creative agencies and cross-functional teams.
