To lead and manage the end-to-end marketing operations of the organization, focusing on both ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) initiatives to drive brand awareness, project visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role will ensure seamless execution of multi-channel campaigns across digital, print, OOH, events, and on-ground activations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Planning & Campaign Management Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for project launches and brand campaigns. Manage 360-degree campaigns combining ATL (TV, radio, print, outdoor) and BTL (events, activations, direct marketing, exhibitions). Ensure all campaigns align with brand guidelines, business goals, and timelines. 2. ATL (Above-the-Line) Marketing Lead planning and execution of mass media campaigns across TV, radio, newspapers, and OOH. Coordinate with media buying agencies for optimal placements and ROI. Monitor brand visibility and recall metrics. 3. BTL (Below-the-Line) Marketing Plan and manage on-ground activations, exhibitions, site branding, and local promotions. Collaborate with sales teams to execute location-specific lead generation programs. Oversee the development of brochures, collaterals, hoardings, and signage. 4. Digital & Performance Marketing Support digital marketing teams with performance-oriented campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media. Drive integration between offline and digital efforts to maximize campaign effectiveness. 5. Budget & Vendor Management Allocate and manage marketing budgets across ATL, BTL, and digital channels. Build and manage relationships with creative, media, and activation agencies. Negotiate contracts, ensure timely deliverables, and optimize spends for maximum ROI. 6. Team Leadership Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing operations team. Define KPIs and conduct regular performance evaluations. Foster collaboration between creative, media, digital, and field marketing teams. 7. Analytics & Reporting Track campaign performance across all channels. Generate insights through data to improve future campaigns. Present periodic reports to leadership on marketing effectiveness. Key Skills and Competencies: Strong expertise in both ATL and BTL marketing strategies within the real estate sector. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Solid understanding of brand positioning, media planning, and consumer behavior. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
