We seek an experienced and strategic Brand Manager to join our dynamic team at GADs Consulting Firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing brand strategies for various clients across industries. As a Brand Manager, you will be a strategic partner to clients, ensuring brand consistency, driving awareness, and achieving business goals through effective brand positioning and campaigns. Key Responsibilities Of Brand Manager: Client Brand Strategy and Brand Development Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive brand strategies tailored to individual client needs. Conduct in-depth market research to understand client industries, competitors and target audiences. Identify and define brand positioning, messaging and identity for clients. Collaborate with clients to set brand performance goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). Campaign Management and Execution Plan and implement innovative brand campaigns across digital, social and traditional platforms. Oversee creative content development (visual and written) to ensure alignment with the brand's tone and values. Coordinate with design, content, and digital teams to deliver high-impact campaigns. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to clients. Stakeholder and Team Collaboration Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and trust. Work closely with internal teams, including strategy, creative, and digital, to deliver seamless client experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and integrated brand messaging. Brand Performance and Reporting Regularly evaluate the success of branding initiatives and present reports to clients. Identify opportunities to optimize campaigns and improve brand equity. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies to implement best practices. Team Leadership and Management Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of brand strategists, designers, and marketing professionals. Delegate tasks effectively while ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives. Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, provide feedback, and address challenges. Foster a collaborative and creative environment that encourages innovation and continuous learning. Provide coaching and professional development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills. Qualifications and Skills: Mastery in Both B2B & B2C Market Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus. 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or consulting (experience with a consulting firm preferred). Strong understanding of brand development, positioning, and marketing principles. Proven experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively manage clients and internal teams. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Proficient in project management tools, analytics platforms, and marketing software. Creativity, problem-solving ability, and a customer-centric mindset.
