Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities Of Brand Manager:

Client Brand Strategy and Brand Development

  • Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive brand strategies tailored to individual client needs.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand client industries, competitors and target audiences.
  • Identify and define brand positioning, messaging and identity for clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to set brand performance goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Campaign Management and Execution

  • Plan and implement innovative brand campaigns across digital, social and traditional platforms.
  • Oversee creative content development (visual and written) to ensure alignment with the brand's tone and values.
  • Coordinate with design, content, and digital teams to deliver high-impact campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to clients.

Stakeholder and Team Collaboration

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and trust.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including strategy, creative, and digital, to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and integrated brand messaging.

Brand Performance and Reporting

  • Regularly evaluate the success of branding initiatives and present reports to clients.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize campaigns and improve brand equity.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies to implement best practices.

Team Leadership and Management

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of brand strategists, designers, and marketing professionals.
  • Delegate tasks effectively while ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, provide feedback, and address challenges.
  • Foster a collaborative and creative environment that encourages innovation and continuous learning.
  • Provide coaching and professional development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Mastery in Both B2B & B2C Market
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years

     of experience in brand management, marketing, or consulting (experience with a consulting firm preferred).
  • Strong understanding of brand development, positioning, and marketing principles.
  • Proven experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively manage clients and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficient in project management tools, analytics platforms, and marketing software.
  • Creativity, problem-solving ability, and a customer-centric mindset.
